Guided Preventive Ashtanga Yoga
All levels, with prior initiation (or telephone interview).
Description :
- Slow, regular and deep breaths, and setting of preventive parameters.
- Warm-up, through the practice of Sun Salutations, or via progressive modules,
- Intense and dynamic postural practice, triangles & seated postures; vinyasas.
- Reverse postures, according to the situation of each one,
- Meditative sitting,
- Body listening (Shavasana) ; mantra.
Online course fee :
- 1 single class : 20 €
- Card of 5 classes : 85 € (17 € / c) valid for a period of 8 classes.
- Card of 10 classes : 150 € (15 € / c) valid for a period of 15 classes.
- Annual fee – not due for single classes: 25 € valid until 31.08.2022.
If you have the indoor class subscription, you can recover missed classes via this online course at no cost 🙂 during the same academic year.
